Michael Hyatt, CEO of Thomas Nelson Publishing and blogger extraordinaire, posted today about a Advice for Beginning Bloggers.

So I’m wondering if Michael knew all about the Synergy conference last weekend, and how I was there with Natasha and Jenni hosting a Social Media & Blogging for Beginners workshop. He probably saw one of my many tweets, being that we are tweeps and all. He only has about 100,000 friends so that’s probably likely.

I’m pretty sure it’s one of those reasons, but if it’s a coincidence, it’s a pretty darn good one. So check out the post. Great thoughts on how and why to start blogging. I’m pretty sure he heard through the grapevine that my #1 piece of advice was just to START BLOGGING and see if you like it. (Or maybe, just maybe, I’ve been reading HIS advice for a while and it turns out it worked for me.)

Here’s a list of the bloggers I met this weekend. Synergy people are some of the coolest, smartest, savviest people I’ve met in ministry, so definitely take a look! And if you were there and I missed your blog, please add one on in the comments. Can’t wait to check you out!
